On this page you can find all the information about our cookies policy.
What are they?
1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?
A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your device when you first use our Sites. When you use our Sites a second time, the cookie allows our Sites to recognise your device or browser.
Some cookies may collect or store information that can be used to identify you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Most cookies will not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information, but instead will collect aggregated and/or anonymised information about how users use our Sites.

Below we list the different types of cookies we may use on the Complex Service.
Essential Cookies. These cookies are essential to the operation of our Sites to enable you to move around the Sites and to use their features. Without these cookies, features or services you have asked for, such as accessing secure areas of our Sites or using a shopping cart, cannot be provided.
Performance/analytical cookies on this Complex Service may include:
Functionality Cookies. In some circumstances, we may use functionality cookies. Functionality cookies recognise your device when you return to our Sites and allow us to remember the choices you make on our Sites in order to provide enhanced and more personalised features, such as customising the Sites to your personal preferences.
Targeting or Advertising Cookies. We may use targeting or advertising cookies to deliver ads that we believe are more relevant to you and your interests. For example, we may use targeting or advertising cookies to limit the number of times you see the same ad on our Sites and to help measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These cookies remember what you have looked at on the Sites and we may share this information with third parties such as our advertisers.
Flash Cookies. Some websites use Adobe Flash Player to deliver special content, such as video clips or animation. Local Shared Objects (commonly known as “Flash cookies”) may also be employed to provide functions such as remembering your settings and preferences. Flash cookies are stored on your device, but they are managed through an interface different from the one provided by your web browser. This means it is not possible to manage Flash cookies at the browser level, in the same way you would manage cookies.
Our Sites currently do not use Flash cookies or Adobe Flash Player.
If you opt out of third-party cookies, you may continue to see ads on our Sites, but the ads you see will not be tailored to you.
4. HOW DO I CONTROL COOKIES?
If you are located in the EU or the United Kingdom, you can go here to opt out of certain cookies: http://youronlinechoices.com.
Please be aware that if cookies are disabled, not all features of the Sites may operate as intended.
